Is a background check required?
We no longer require background checks. We like to get to know all of our members and require a personal interview instead.
Does MG require a security deposit?
Yes. All deposits are refundable:
•Full Throttle Members 1 month security deposit
•First Gear Members $100 deposit
•Non Members $100 daily deposit
How does MG process membership billing?
Upon filling out our membership application you authorize us to process an ACH payment on the first of every month. For Full Throttle Members you will be prorated thru the end of the month and will be put on the billing cycle. For First Gear Members & Storage Clients there is no prorating. Please plan accordingly.
Can I cancel my membership any time?
We require a 30 day written notice for Full Throttle Members. No refunds will be given for unused time or if leaving mid-month. If you have a security deposit, then it will be refunded should you not owe anything and have provided the 30 day written notice.
Can I pay in cash?
Sorry, we do not accept cash for monthly memberships. Our preferred method of payment is via ACH. Please note there is a processing fee for debit and credit cards.
Who is responsible for community tools?
If you Break/Lose it, you buy it. If tools are not put back in their appropriate place a $10.00 fee will imposed and your account will be charged and a payment will be processed.
Do I need to clean up the space after using it?
Yes. The next wrencher should not be cleaning up your mess. Workbenches, lifts, tools and floors should be cleaned, wiped down and clear of any debris. There is a $25 clean up fee should you be in a hurry and would like us to do it for you. This fee will be charged to your account and a payment will be processed.
*** Do baggers and oversized bikes cost extra for storage?
Yes, they are $30 per day and $160 per month. Harley Davidson Dyna's, Honda Goldwings, Indian Chieftan, and bikes with saddlebags and/or large front fairings are often considered oversized. If you're not sure if you have one, just give us a call and we'll let you know.
